Monthly meetings
The CSCA board meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month. All members are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Board meetings
3rd Thursday monthly at 6:00 p.m., held at the home of a board member. In 2026 the address is 866 New Morning Road, Camano Island. Periodic changes to this schedule are posted on the home page.
Annual meeting
Posted Feb 19, 2026: the annual meeting date has changed. In 2026 we meet on the second Saturday in November (Nov 14, 2026) at the Camano Chapel. All members are highly encouraged to attend — some current board members are hoping to retire, so if you'd like to volunteer for the board, this is your chance.

Community standards reminders
- Please be “good neighbors.” What you do on your property affects your neighbors and the HOA at large.
- Vehicles are NOT allowed to be parked (except for short periods of time) on easements.
- Trailers, motorhomes, and RVs are NOT allowed to be connected to septic systems OR occupied full time.
- Livestock and pets MUST be contained within property lines.
- All chemicals and oils MUST be stored properly and safely.
